What we offer
Residential
Our specialty in residential projects has been custom homes along the coast in San Clemente & Laguna Beach. Braeutigam Construction has become a trusted partner for owners of homes originally built from the late 1920s to the 1960s who choose to tear them down to the studs and rebuild the house completely while preserving their original style and history. Our clients are typically highly involved in the design phase and construction process from the beginning to the end. We do everything from the demo to the final landscape installation. We are a full service construction company.
Commercial
On the commercial side, we have built restaurants and kitchens from their initial shell to their grand opening. We have been servicing a boutique hotel chain with 19 locations across Northern and Southern California. Over the past fifteen years, we have performed remodels at four of those locations to create individual identities to fit their elegant style and bring out their unique charm. You may not realize that you have seen our work in Dana Point, Newport Beach, Marina del Rey or Santa Monica.
In 2018 we did a complete remodel of the worship center for an Orange County church with a budget exceeding $3.5 million dollars.
